Sursum Corda is a large walk-out rambler-style home located on a 1½ acre wooded lot in a quiet residential neighborhood in Minnetonka.

Our Specialties

Our staff members receive thorough and continuous training. All staff members receive specialized training in Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, Hospitality, Customer Service, Emergency Procedure, Safety Training, Medication Passing Procedure, Infection Control, Housekeeping/laundry care, Orientation to Assisted Living Bill of Rights, HIPAA compliance and all other requirements of our Assisted Living with Dementia Care license through the Minnesota Department of Health. At both of our homes, we have nursing aides on duty 24 hours a day.
