Their assistance includes online zoom support groups and phone support by calling their 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) for free, around-the-clock help.

Our staff members receive thorough and continuous training. All staff members receive specialized training in Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, Customer Service, Emergency Procedure, Safety Training, Medication Passing Procedure, and Infection Control, to name a few. Gianna’s homes have nursing aides on duty 24 hours a day. Our staff-to-resident ratio is one of the highest in the business.
